The underground pipeline includes all kinds of water supply and drainage(rainwater and sewage),gas,heat,electricity,communications,industrial pipeline,which are buried underground is an important part of urban infrastructure,and basic information for urban planning and construction.Taking the actual situation of underground pipeline management in Lanzhou city as an example,the article expounds the necessity of the underground pipeline detection and importance of information management system of urban underground pipeline,realizes the urgency and importance of digitization,intelligent,scientific management for underground pipeline information.Facing the increasingly complex pipeline type and number,effective mechanisms and means must been adopted to improve the efficiency of management.With the combination with the Lanzhou city underground pipeline detection project and the demand for construction of information system,the contents are focused by this paper as follow:(1)induce the purpose and significance of underground pipeline management,recount the research in this field at home and abroad,design the content and technology of thie paper.(2)discuss the analysis of existing data,control surveying,underground pipeline detection,measurement of underground pipelines,underground pipeline data processing and pipeline drawing and the data quality control.(3)introduces the way of construction of underground pipeline database and design of database storage.(4)according to the characteristics of unerground pipeline management in Lanzhou,establish the underground pipeline information system,and then introduce the architecture design,platform choice, functional components and security strategy etc.Besides,in order to improve the efficiency of underground pipeline data check before import into database,based on Visual Studio 2005 and OpenGL platform to design a fast method to check data,change the way of data check step by step in the past.the new way of this paper designed only need to build topology once,which accomplish can muti-item pipeline data check,for example,data consistency check,connectivity check,elevation drop check and so on.Its main principle is:by the topology of pipeline point constructing coordinates and pipeline self consistency segment attribute consistency check,pipeline elevation drop heightand depth of rationality examination,examination only two of the reasonable distance pipeline inspection;through the construction of the grid,computethe index number and cross grid of each grid line,and then agrid cell unit to determine each grid line intersect,without other pipeline intersection analysis,greatly improves the efficiency of inspection data,ensure the accuracy of the data.this kind of data check promote efficiency of date check greatly and make sure the validity of data.At the end of the paper,Lanzhou city underground pipeline information management system and incoming inspection program,points out the existing problems and shortcomings, and train of thought of further improvement and perfection.
