In all kinds of machinery and mechanical equipment gears is a common power transmission and motion. The existence of time-varying mesh stiffness, backlash, meshing error and damping, making the gear system has a complex nonlinear characteristics, but also the system vibration and noise generated by the main reason. This article takes the two-stage gear transmission system as the main object of study, considering the relevant factors affecting the stability of the system, then established nonlinear dynamic model of two-stage gear transmission system, and has carried on the numerical simulation. On the basis of the original article, we can get periodic plane distribution maps, the impact state plane maps, dynamic load distribution plane graphics plane maps, duty cycle plane double reference graph, three-dimensional bifurcation diagrams. Through comparative analysis of these plane graph can be more intuitive to see the system in which the parameter range in a relatively stable state, which range movement is not smooth. Summarizes the effect rules of various parameters on system of non-linear dynamic characteristics. Select specific parameters in the graphic obtain bifurcation diagram of the system, the nonlinear dynamics of the specific analysis system to analyze the effect of various parameters on the vibration characteristics of the system. The results show that: Through the numerical simulation analysis of visible, increasing the system stiffness amplitude, damping ratio, input torque, reduce average mesh stiffness, gear error, periodic motion law of system become simple and tooth surface load mutation decreases, weakened the mesh movement jump behavior. At the same time in the movement and the impact of gear side off engaging time shortened, makes system stable, with a load capacity is greatly improved, weaken the impact characteristics, noise impact significantly reduced. The support stiffness, the support damping and the support gap are less affected by the engagement of the system. In addition, the gap of the system has a significant effect on the meshing characteristics of the system, and the effect of the gap is only reflected by the influence of the meshing displacement of the gear pair.
