Fine quality control of laying track plate is one of the core technologies of high railway non-ballasted track construction, which affects the smoothness of rail lines, train’s safety and comfort. However, in fine-tuning stage of non-ballasted truck, the phenomenon of improper fine-tune quality management methods or lack of quality control, easily lead to poor ride after laying lines, and the increase of rail lines non-standard fine tune fasteners. All of these have a direct impact on the operating speed of high-speed railway, ride comfort, and there is security risk. Domestic and foreign scholars usually apply quality control methods to high-speed railway non-ballasted track construction quality control, or focus on aspects of fine tune technical. Based on this, the author summarizes high-speed railway non-ballasted track construction and quality management methods, choose the proper quality management methods. Then combined with non-ballasted track construction and technical requirements of the specific situation, improves the method.This thesis firstly analyzes the factors of main problems of non-ballasted track of high-speed railway construction quality management and the key influencing factors, then comparatives and analyzes the content and methods of non-ballasted track construction quality control and the superiority of PDCA. Secondly, to take CRTS II Slab track which is one of high-speed railway non-ballasted track common structure for example, describes the orbital plate fine tune quality management. In the analysis of CRTS II track plate fine tuning on the basis of quality control problems, the PDCA cycle is improved. At last, taking hang long-off special projects as an example, verifies the effectiveness of the application of PDCA improvement.This thesis comes from the actual needs, On the one hand it helps non-ballasted track speed railway construction workers to fully understand the non-ballasted track technology and CRTS II slab track fine-tuning theory. On the other hand, promotion of the concept of PDCA cycle fine-tuning quality control helps to improve the quality of high-speed rail non-ballasted track construction quality, and provide better protection for high-speed trains’smooth and comfortable operation.
