High speed rail non-ballasted track gradually achieved some significantadvantages and is being widely used by its high stability, high comfort and lowmaintenance features with the accumulation of application experience. However,non-ballasted track is different from ballasted track, non-ballasted track has highsmoothness requirements, CPIII(control points of III level)measure control networkprovides control foundation for non-ballasted track fine-tuning, and the good fine-tuningprocess can achieve high smoothness, so CPIII measure control network and non-ballastedtrack fine tune construction have become one of the most popular research topics ofhigh-speed railway construction.This paper takes Harbin-Dalian high-speed railway as the background, introducesconstruction processes of building network of CPIII control network and non-ballastedtrack fine-tuning in detail, summarizes the technologies and experience of CPIII controlnetwork and non-ballasted track fine-tuning. This paper makes a thorough researchwork for the building network efficiency and accuracy problems of CPIII control network,appropriate adjustment calculation problem of static adjustment and dealing problem ofexceeded projects of dynamic adjustment and so on. The main work is as follows:1. Introduces the network building, measurement, data processing constructionprocess of CPIII control network, summarize the technological characteristics of ChineseCPIII control network construction; Proposes the semi-bay observation and new triangleelevation networking and adjustment method for networking efficiency problems of CPIIIcontrol network, greatly improves the efficiency of networking, demonstrate the feasibilityof the two mthods by engineering tests.2. Introduces the track measurement, appropriate adjustment calculation and trackadjustment construction process of non-ballasted track static adjustment, summarize thetechnological characteristics of Chinese static adjustment construction; Proposes a newcalculation method for the calculated theoretical issues of the level and directionadjustment amount of the non-ballasted track, this method improves the efficiency of staticadjustment, and demonstrate its feasibility by engineering tests.3. Introduces the high and low speed detection of track inspection cars and movingtrack inspection car, theoretical analysis of dynamic data and track review adjustments construction process of the non-ballasted track dynamic adjustment, summarizes thetechnological characteristics of Chinese dynamic adjustment construction; Proposes thesolutions which combine theoretical analysis of dynamic data with practical engineering forthe dealing problem of exceeded projects of dynamic adjustment, improves the efficiencyof dynamic adjustment, the result of application in engineering is good.This paper makes a research work for CPIII control network and non-ballasted trackfine tune construction, research has some theoretical significance and practical value for theconstruction of high-speed railway non-ballasted track, mastering the several technologiesof CPIII control network and non-ballasted track fine tune construction is conducive tocarry out efficient fine-tuning work of non-ballasted track and high smooth running goalsof high-speed rail.
