There are more and more high-density urban architecture today and buildingbody tends to vertical development, but the excess heat generated by the operationmakes the city building respiratory disorders, made its self-healing capabilitiessharply. To win the green area from row upon row of reinforced concrete buildings,the most effective way is to make full use of existing resources. Vertical greening isone of the effective ways to achieve green building, it also has two energy savingfeatures, in line with the development of building energy efficiency and sustainablebuilding concepts advocated by the country.At present, China for the study of vertical greening in its infancy, currentresearch is mainly specialized vertical greening research on a particular aspect, thelack of a comprehensive performance evaluation system to judge vertical greening thebuilding, there is a vertical view of the current research of green building deficiencies,the author presents the subject of research ideas. The, the paper vertical greeningbenefit from comprehensive evaluation indicators and evaluation models to build astudy in two ways.In this paper, the build of effective vertical greening comprehensive evaluationsystem is the core, the need for reading domestic and international literature onvertical greening, based on game theory analysis to establish evaluation system fromthe government, the construction unit, the owners to analysis necessity, and then non-probability sampling methods to take a small range of investigations to determinethe final index.Combining theories about the comprehensive evaluation, by comparing thecomprehensive evaluation of several commonly used methods of analysis, I decidedto use gray system evaluation method as the ultimate way to judge the merits of thedegree of vertical green building. After the model to a university laboratory building,for example, details the application process assessment model, combined with AHPand Delphi method to determine the index weight, as the basis for the final evaluationof the data, using the gray modeling in the evaluation process system of its operations,improve the accuracy and efficiency of operations, and to verify the accuracy of thescientific evaluation system.
