As the rapid development of urbanization in China,the resource and energy demand are growing significantly.It is urgent that the situation of energy conservation and emission reduction is much severer than ever before.According to "China Building Energy Consumption Research Report(2017)",it has cost 1/3 of the total domestic steel products,60%-70%of cement,1/3 of the land for urban construction,1/3 of municipal water and 40%-50%of energy in the whole life cycle of housing construction,which have had a significant impact on energy,resources,and environment.Building energy consumption has become the weakness of China's economic development.Compared with the new buildings,restricted by the technical level and economic condition,a lot of energy has been consumed by the existing constructions,which raises the environmental load virtually,wastes huge amount of energy willfully,and causes irreparable damage to the environment that all have made a notorious negative effect on the course of building an environmentally friendly society in China.As a consequence,it is necessary to develop the green building vigorously(such as,retrofitting the existing buildings to be non-polluting and more environmentally friendly)which is an effective way to solve such an urgent problem.In consideration of the problems such as the low precision and low utilization rate of the building information,and the difficulty of the reconstruction during rebuilding the existing buildings,in this dissertation,BIM is suggested to be the solution.As the leader of the modern information technology applied to the architecture,BIM,the abbreviation for Building Information Modeling,has many remarkable characteristics,such as making the building information correlated and parametric,and the building data sharable and transferable,that all make the coordinated management during the all-life cycle of the construction a reality.Therefore,it is of great significance to discuss the necessity and feasibility that bring the BIM in the green renovation of the existing constructions.From the above,as a background,in this dissertation,the development tendencies and characteristics of the green buildings,nationally and internationally,and their reforming are sorted and collated.The conceptions and some relevant standards of green building and existing building are illustrated,and the deficiencies in the existing standards are summarized.Additionally,the instructions for data conversion of BIM and Ecotect are presented.According to the major characteristics of the teaching building located at Shenyang Jianzhu University,three reforming plans and a reference plan are suggested,importing which into software Ecotect to analyze the conservation and consumption of energy.To do a further research on the general situation of teaching building,some indexes are simulated and analyzed,such as indoor natural lighting,outdoor wind environment and so on.And then,in the event of the results of simulation and analysis are not in compliance with existing standards,the revamping plan will be proposed.Finally,supplementing and improving the index of "energy conservation and energy utilization",a section of the "Evaluation Standard for Green Building".Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)theory,the relative important degree and weighted value of each index can be determined by software Expert Choice.Thus,the evaluation index system for energy conservation and energy utilization is established,applying which to the real case,based on grey fuzzy evaluation method,that the optimal proposed reforming plans can be selected to provide some preference for revising the relevant standard and analyzing the real case.On account of the advantages of BIM,it can not only compare the simulated data between the quantitative indexes of "Evaluation Standard for Green Building",but also realize the optimization of the construction plan,whereupon the corresponding reconstruction measures and responses are obtained to offer thinking and methods for solving the problem of green reconstruction of buildings.In the meantime,the evaluation index system for energy conservation and energy utilization is proposed to provide references for the revision of"Evaluation Standard for Green Building".
