Research On The Construction Of Information Service Systems Of The Smart City

With the dramatical development of social economy and city, the era of knowledgeeconomy has become the mainstream of the development of the times. The information is notonly the first element of competition but also the key element of social and economicdevelopment. The use of information factors to transform the city development and enhancethe city management level has become an important way to improve competitiveness of city.It is very important that we promote the rapid development of city management informationand intelligence to construct an efficient and sustainable intelligent information servicesystem of the city for raising the management level of the city. Both of the big city andmedium city have proposed building smart city concept, In order to make the city moreinnovative and dynamic by proposing the industrial upgrading and the transformation ofeconomic. There is no defying the fact that China’s current research on the theory and practiceof smart city is still in the primary stage. Hence, it is important that we construct the researchon information service system of the smart city.In this paper, we use the method of combining theoretical research with empiricalresearch, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to research the smart city’s informationservice system. Above all, the theory and practice of building smart city information servicesystem both at home and abroad were investigated, the concept of smart city and the coretechnology of Things. Furthermore, according to three kinds of categories(urban environment,social management and services, economic development), we make a detail introductionabout the contents of construction of the smart city, and analysis architecture component ofinformation service system of the smart city. What’s more, we analysis the construction modelof urban infrastructure of smart city from two aspects (set up framework infrastructure anddata update process) and the platform building of the Internet of things at smart city based onubiquitous sensors networking (USN), and put forward an overall framework of constructinginformation service system of the smart city. Last but not least, we have learned the problemof the construction of smart city in Guangzhou at present by the analysis of SWOT; Statisticalanalysis was carried out by questionnaire survey of Guangzhou citizens for its infrastructure,and we draw a series of impact factors that existing in the smart city’s construction of Guangzhou by quantitative analysis the survey data. In addition, we put forward the crucialelement of supporting Guangzhou’s Construction of smart city. The construction model ofGuangzhou information service system (novelty information service facilities, newapplication, a new life) is made an amply introduction.
