At present, the capital, Beijing has entered a new stage of building world city with Chinese characteristics, district governments to carry out the protection of cultural relics collection and utilization of related work.Cultural relics collection project startup stage according to the different nature of work and the content is divided into a number of different processes, each process schedule by man-made factors, resource factors, the influence of policy factors and interest, etc, there is a big uncertainty, it is necessary to carry out these risk factors influence the progress of the recognition and management effectively.First part of this thesis mainly includes five parts, the first chapter, elaborated the paper research background, significance, research methods and technical route; The second chapter is relative theory carding and literature review; The third chapter introduces the project background, the selection of project decomposition and research processes; The fourth chapter for the project schedule risk management.
