The Study Of Green Building Development In Northern City

As a kind of artificial environment,the building is a fundamental part for providingmaterial and spiritual life to human beings.However,because of the over pursuit of sensualpleasure and unconstraint exploiting and constructing of natural ecological environment,itbrought heavy burden to natural environment.According to some related statistic materials,50percent physical materials getting from the nature of human beings were used to buildbuildings while it were consuming50percent energy of the earth. Furthermore, fortypercent rubbish of human activities is related to construction waste. Additionally,thirty-four percent pollution of overall pollution to the nature is light pollution, airpollution and electromagnetic pollution from construction. In many developing countries,because of the increasing quantity of buildings, the natural ecological environment wasdestroyed seriously. At present, China is in an age of rapid urbanization andindustrialization, many serious facts show that developing green building is necessary ifChina wants to take the sustainable development path.As a pillar industry of the city development and construction process, there is a veryimportant influence whether construction is in a green and low carbon way or not.Therefore, the sustainable development of green building plays a key role in promotinglow carbon city development.This paper went from the origin, and studied the significance of research, methods andcontents.In chapter2, the article systematically arranged the development research andpractice of domestic and international green building to make sense the trends of greenbuilding development.In chapter3, it analyzed relevant concepts, characteristics, and basictheories of green building, that were regard as the theoretical basis of the article.In chapter4, in view of the current situation of the development of green building in the north China,especially in combination with characteristics of north-China region environment andin-depth analysis of the basic principles and applicable technical measures of greenbuilding in the north-China city development, it put forward countermeasures fordevelopment of green building in the north-China cities, and as theoretical basis for latercase studies.Finally,with the above theoretical analysis and research, combined with thegreen building development situation of Baoding City, Hebei Province, in north of China,this paper made a profound analysis from the experience and lessons in its developmentprocess, and put forward rational developing strategies to provide references for the development of green building in north China cities.
