With the accelerated urbanization process and the development of economy and society, China’s building energy consumption presents a rigid growth trend. Considering the entire life cycle, building energy consumption would occupy one third of the total social society energy consumption, or even to continue the growth trend. According to statistics, in building energy consumption accounts for more than58%of total energy, heating energy consumption accounts for about37%, while energy consumption of building materials accounts for less than5%. Therefore, building energy consumption as an important aspect of building energy efficiency, how to user existing computer technology, embedded technolohy means of communication and data processing techniques and so on to establish and gradually improve an efficient,low-cost,intelligent building smart power sysytems to reduce building energy consumption has become a hot issue. Internet of Things (IoT) today as one of the research focus of information, IoT technology has the important status in national strategies, it provides a solution to the exchange, processing and applications of "things-things" and "man-thing". Based on this, this paper proposes a construction based on IoT intelligent power solutions.First of all, the paper summarizes the overall architectural design of intelligent power system solutions and IoT technologies. As a kind of wireless network, ZigBee can satisfy the demands of sensor and control equipment, is ideal for building automation, home automation wireless sensor environment, intelligent energy management and other areas.Second, this paper designs a set of building intelligent electricity system platform based on the Internet of things. the paper introduces the architecture and working principle the technology needed, and the hardware platform includes wireless environment parameters monitoring nodes, wireless smart switches, wireless smart socket, smart room controller and ZigBee modules; Meanwhile.this paper analyses the transplant of the TCP/IP protocol stack LwIP in detail, and describes intelligent gateway workflows. The intelligent gateway has solved the ZigBee wireless network into LAN network.Finally, relying on the architectural framework for intelligent electricity system, this paper proposes a control algorithm based on BP neural network expert system. Through the control model with neural network self-learning and adaptive ability of expert system to implement the data analysis, optimization, get the precise output, control the corresponding electrical equipment such as air conditioner, air drum machine, electric light, improve the environment parameters, such as so as to achieve our goal requirements of control strategy. Based on this algorithm, the paper develops a building intelligent power monitoring system based on C/S architecture, the user can view the current parameters of the building environment, information of smart devices and intelligent and electricity consumption status through this software platform; meanwhile, according to the building environment parameters and the electrical information, the system can control smart equipments automaticly to achieve using electricity intelligently.
