Internet of Things(IoT)has become an important part of Chinese strategic emerging industries and has been widely used in many industries.With the development of intelligent building,problems such as difficulty in system integration,poor scalability,difficult operation across systems and other problems have emerged.The development of Internet of things has provided new ideas for solving these problems.The application of Internet of things technology in intelligent buildings will promote the further development of intelligent buildings.Firstly,an intelligent building architecture based on IoT technology is proposed,and the structure and key technologies of this architecture are discussed in detail.The architecture consists the integrated system of indoor electrical system and subsystem of public infrastructure,which provide data of the building big data.Through a variety of data analysis algorithms provide decision support for building operation and maintenance management.Secondly,the design and implementation of indoor electrical networking system is introduced.The design and implementation of Internet of things node,database,application service and data analysis are discussed in detail.Thirdly,the intelligent parking problem of underground garage based on IoT technology is studied.Aiming at the problem of high cost of reverse searching system based on video image processing technology,this paper proposes a vehicle trajectory tracking method using ultrasonic detector to realize reverse tracing vehicle,so that the parking management system can judge the parking position of the vehicle only by ultrasonic detector,and develop the relevant WeChat public number of user searching and payment.Finally,taking a passive lab building as an object,completed the indoor electrical iot system deployment and ground-source heat pump system,palisade structure monitoring system,outdoor environment monitoring system,energy management system,the integration of subsystems such as video surveillance system,through the construction equipment IoT information system platform to realize the centralized monitoring control and integrated management of each subsystem.At the same time,the regression support vector machine is used to predict the energy consumption of the experimental building,which can help property managers to grasp the trend of building energy consumption and provide support for decision-making.
