Abstract/Summary:
As the foundation and important component of the urban construction and development of our country,small towns are the important link between the city and the countryside.It is also an important supporting force for the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.The development of the rural second,third industry and the reserve of the surplus rural labor can be embodied through the development of small towns and its sustainable development.Sexual development and security play a vital role in the whole national and regional development system.Small towns in mountainous areas are mostly located in areas with poor terrain conditions in China,with complex geological structure and natural disasters,especially with the expansion of small towns in mountainous areas,the importance of the construction of disaster prevention and risk prevention system is becoming more and more prominent.According to the actual situation,the construction of disaster prevention and risk prevention in small towns is lagging behind,the system of prevention and risk prevention and risk prevention is not perfect,the overall planning and design are not in place,the construction funds are short and the public consciousness is insufficient.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical value to carry out research on disaster prevention and avoidance of green space system in mountainous towns.In this paper,based on the actual situation of the small towns in the mountain area and drawing on the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the disaster prevention and risk prevention ability of the green space system in Qingchuan county from the overall environment,space layout,green space layout,emergency measures and emergency ability of the green space system.The main content of the specific research is as follows:First,according to the relevant national standards and policies,the disaster prevention and avoidance evaluation system of the green land system in the small towns is constructed,and the Vague set theory is used to select the final evaluation index model with high credibility.Secondly,the weight of each layer of the disaster prevention and avoidance evaluation index model of the green space system is calculated by using the COWAG1 to calculate the weight and the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,through the calculation of the weight and order relation,the evaluationresults of the disaster prevention and risk prevention ability of the green system of the sample object are obtained.Qingchuan county has a relatively high score in the overall environment and the layout of the green space,and the lowest score in the emergency ability.According to the qualitative and quantitative analysis,the achievements and shortcomings of the disaster prevention and risk prevention work of the green space system in Qingchuan county are discussed,and the pertinent improvement planning opinions and the guarantee mechanism are put forward to provide reference and help for the related work of Qingchuan county and more mountainous small towns.
