Abstract/Summary:
Currently, exterior insulation technology in China has been used more and more mature, but its quality problems will inevitably arise after be equipped. With the continuous development of EIFS application scale and our requirements for building energy efficiency targets, to solve quality problem and75%target of building energy conservation is very serious. In this thesis, we primarily study the following content:(1)we review domestic and foreign development of EIFS, and analysis the advantages and disadvantages of the widely used EIFS.(2) we analysis the influencing factor of EIFS,which include the location of the building, the design of the building, System Structure of EIFS, material selection and construction process of the external wall insulation system; after that we combine heat stability theory and the generalized Hooke’s law in order to derivate the equation, finally we proposed the technical rout of EIFS design,which we should follow.(3) According to the status of the domestic application of EIFS, technical route and the distribution of stress and deformation analysis EPS thin plaster external wall insulation system, we propose WD EIFS design ideas, which work as core member of the WD energy saving and structural building integration; in addition,we explain its precast production and its points of production.(4) Firstly, the WD EIFS which involved in building energy efficiency and structural integration system (referred as WD energy saving and structural building integration),we raise a more rational supplement for construction process, its process control points and building’s completion and acceptance, then we analyze the thermal performance of exterior insulation systems, wind loads, earthquake, fire, etc. Finally, by using ANSYS we analyze the temperature and heat flow of different node of material layer,which include WD EIFS XPS, PU,EPS thin plaster external wall insulation systems, to verify that WD EIFS can construct technical route, design ideas coincide.(5) of the insulation system,by using WD, EPS, XPS, polyurethane insulation systems as core component of the integration of simulation projects were combined weigh PKPM saving calculations to verify the integration of the project can meet the75%energy saving indicators and compare selected, finally we choose the best solution.
