According to statistics in 2006,Chongqing City,an area of housing construction has reached 338 million square meters(excluding the rural population from the housing),but because of understanding of the mechanism,institutional,economic development level of the impact of other aspects,more than 95%of the existing buildings are not energy-saving design,construction is a high energy consumption, indoor environmental quality less than the minimum requirements of comfort.With the improvement of living standards,residents commonly used to cool air-conditioning, Electric heating,energy efficiency is extremely low,a great waste of energy,resulting in the rapid growth of building energy consumption.From the statistical data in 2006 that only residential and public buildings on the heating air-conditioning energy consumption of about 6.644 billion kwh,representing the city of Chongqing's total electricity consumption of around 26%in summer and winter seasonal peak heating and air-conditioning use period up to the city of its electricity consumption about 40%. If we do not change the current situation of building energy consumption is expected by 2010,the biggest load of Chongqing 11.2 million kilowatts will be 50 billion kwh of electricity will be in 2006 based on the double,which would adversely affect the city of Chongqing sustainable development,energy security and pose a serious threat to the atmospheric environment.Chongqing in accordance with the current pace of development of the cities and towns,each year will add 40 million square meters of construction,if fully implemented in accordance with the new buildings 50%of the energy-saving standards, has built 25%of the total construction of the existing buildings to achieve energy-saving target of 50%calculation,the end of the year 2010,the annual savings will be about 2.432 billion kwh of electricity,equivalent to about 300,000 tons of standard coal about equivalent emission CO2 316 million tons,SO2 2.21 million tons, NO2 0.81 million tons,so that cities and towns peak load growth reduction of about 400,000 kilowatts.This shows that the implementation of the economic benefits of building energy conservation and social benefits will be very obvious.The purpose of this study is that both the construction of the Chongqing Municipality to provide a transformation of the energy of the theoretical basis,the main contents of the study are:combination of the climatic characteristics of Chongqing,both the construction of the wall materials,choose a suitable form of insulation;to insulation materials based on life-cycle,choose the thickness of insulation layer. |
