With the development of economy, economic restructuring and urbanization advance,the real estate industry has radually developed into a pillar industry of the national economy. As the real estate construction projects are restricted to its own characteristics, numerous participants, complex organizational structure and other reasons, many uncertainties exist in safety management, laid security risks in the construction project development process of real estate development enterprises, which affect the real estate development enterprises directly and have social and economic impact on the healthy development and stability, of the enterprises.Project construction is a complex system,construction safety management requires efforts of all involved parties,and the dual role of investors and owner of real estate development companies determines their voice in safety management.Therefore, the safety attitude of real estate enterprises influence the direction of the entire construction project greatly. Through reading a lot of literature and doing summary on construction safety management situation at home and abroad, found that current safety assessment lack of objectivity and do not have comprehensive evaluation index system.Overall the study of the theory of building safety is still in its infancy, especially in the theory and methods to reflect the status of the safety factors of construction safety, safety accident prediction, aspects of the construction site and the company’s internal evaluation of overall security, safety management systems, etc.,and the study still lack of systematic and practical.The research on the safety assessment and management of real estate companies is less, so it is necessary to combine current national conditions of China’s real estate development enterprise safety assessment and management for further in-depth research, providing theoretical support for the final evaluation of the real estate development enterprise security and management systems.In this thesis, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are integrated to select real estate development enterprise security evaluation, determine its weight, judge its comprehensive evaluation fuzzily,to determine weakness of their own real estate and project construction safety management, reducing the safety assessment of subjectivity greatly, forming a systematic evaluation system in line with the actual operation practice. Elaborated safety measures from the real estate development companies and projects on two levels.The security risk level and the weak links exist in real estate projects can be drawn from the safe evaluation of case, such as safety education and training, lifting, etc.Against the security risks which was found, developing a safety culture with a focus on enterprise security management solutions.
