In recent years, with the rapid development of the real estate industry, real estate post project evaluation has caused many experts and industry insiders attention to the real estate industry, a growing number of real estate development and construction companies to increase its real estate project management level and enhance the real estate business competitiveness, has been trying to build a variety of post-project evaluation system, evaluation work carried out after the real estate projects, in order to achieve the desired healthy development of the real estate business.In this paper, the selection of Xichang WNSBD real estate projects as an object, select Xichang WNSBD real estate project schedule management, cost management, quality and safety management after evaluation target thematic post-evaluation analysis through the use of modern project management theory and post-evaluation of management content and related codes and standards and methods of real estate development and construction, etc., to be evaluated after the real estate project, after evaluation elements and after evaluation criteria were set after the evaluation index system and try to build their real estate projects; will also follow after the project evaluation process, on the basis of post-build project evaluation work organization and planning, combined with its work breakdown structure (WBS) for progress Xichang WNSBD real estate projects, cost, quality and safety were analyzed, and ultimately through in-depth post evaluation study, the paper proposes to achieve Xichang WNSBD real estate construction project evaluation research and discussion in mind.The full text is divided into six chapters, firstly through the background, purpose and significance of the elaborate research on introduction part introduced; then the Theories and Methods section after real estate projects, mainly related to the theory, methods were reviewed and summarized; and then combine Xichang WNSBD real estate development projects before construction, after the establishment of the evaluation process and results and feedback mechanisms to implement the principles and subsequent evaluation criteria; immediately after the Xichang WNSBD through real estate development and construction project evaluation index system analyzes the content of the project schedule management, cost management, after the quality and safety management evaluation content, guidelines and main content analysis, and attempts to build Xichang WNSBD project real estate project evaluation system; and then went after Xichang WNSBD real estate development and construction project evaluation of empirical analysis, focused on the progress of the project, cost, quality and safety evaluation of comparative analysis and comprehensive post-evaluation, and try to put forward questions and suggestions; and finally the conclusion is a summary of the main research findings perish in this paper, and the paper presented insufficient.Overall, the research paper after Xichang WNSBD real estate construction project evaluation, help the business lessons learned, digging reasons for its success in real estate construction projects, the establishment of post-evaluation processes and feedback mechanisms, both rich in this business after needs assessment theory, is also to improve the management of the real estate business and real estate market time to adapt to the needs of development, it has a strong practical significance and application value.
