The Application Study On Safety Management Of Xi'an FLC Real Estate Project Construction

The construction industry is playing an important role in our economic society nowadays. For the modern project management methods start relatively late in our country, the safety management of the construction industry has a lot of loopholes, combined with the rapid development speed, the enormous input of manpower and material resources, the more and more complex construction mode. All of these lead to the incessant occurrence probability of safety accidents, and caused great damages. In view of this, the author carried on the study of construction safety management related issues.In the first part of the article, the author studied the existing advanced concepts and methods in safety management at home and abroad, and pointed out advantages and disadvantages of the current construction safety management in our country, through analyses about the basic situation and those existing problems in construction industry safety management. After that, he put forward the closed loop system in application of modern safety management, according to the theory of PDCA cycle management system. Then made a specific discussion about the safety inspection and evaluation of construction works, through the analysis on safety hazards identification and control methods. Thus summed up an appropriate method of PDCA management cycle and recirculation system, aimed at improving the project safety management and organization strategy. With these analysis results, the author put into practices of Xi'an FLC real estate project construction, to verify and improve the effectiveness of those theories and methods. The result proved that, these strategies had achieved very good safety effect, the same as to achieved the cost-effectiveness, the duration and the quality targets of the project.Therefore, this article had made a scientific research about the applicative system and methods in the construction safety management. And try to run out a new safety management organization system under the dominated construction unit, with characteristic of the complete process, multi level and multi span. It is an effective practice, which could make good implementation effects for specific safety management.
