Architecture Design Research On Urban Community Health Service Center

Since urban and rural medical service system in China is structural imbalance, and thehigh-quality national medical resources are overly concentrated to large hospital inbig cities, community health service institutions are neglected, as a result, primary he-alth resources are seriously inadequate. Reforming urban and rural health service syst-em and actively developing community health services are the emphasis and directionof urban health care reform. Community health center is an important part of nationalurban health and medical system, its construction has greatly eased the pressure oflarge hospitals, and it’s conducive to realize the coverage of medical services in urbanand rural and fair allocation of public resources.Community health service center is a new type of medical institutions and Build-ing kind, Its construction and development are at the initial stage. Besides institutionaldimension and factors of medical standards, Architecture design of community healthservice center itself exists many problems, such as lack of pre–planning, poor facili-ties, irrational use of function room, passenger flow organization unclear, lack of hu-mane care, etc. These problems have seriously restricted the development of commu-nity health service centers.This paper is started from the mode of community health services, discussed thearchitectural characteristics of community health service centers, referenced from theForeign community hospital development and construction experience, and taken adeep research of the architectural design of the community health service centers. Thespecific content involves institutional settings, site distribution and size, Internal andexternal traffic, graphic functional organization, shape and facade design, inside andoutside environmental design, etc. Summarizing and enhancing the design ofcommunity health service centers community hospital through the introduction andanalysis of the cases and the community hospital design practice during internship. Inorder to provide some reference and promote the design of such buildings.
