Research On The Design Of Community Health Service Center Based On Medical-nursing Combined Institutional Care

The aging problem has brought huge pressure on the society and family to support the aged.The traditional way of supporting the aged has been difficult to meet the overlapping needs of medical care and nursing of the aged.The medical-nursing combined institutional care,which takes both medical care and nursing into account,has been gradually promoted.In terms of medical services,community health service center is the most widely distributed and nearest medical institution to the elderly.While providing basic medical and health security for the elderly,it can also improve the quality of elderly care services and expand the coverage of elderly care services by combining elderly care institutions and integrating elderly care services.In the face of the separation of some community health service centers from elderly care resources,low utilization rate of some functions,insufficient trust of residents,and lag of relevant specifications,this paper puts forward the design strategy of community health service centers from the perspective of architecture,in order to strengthen the connection between community health service centers and community elderly care institutions,and improve the function setting of community health service centers,which will promote the mode of medical-nursing combined institutional care at the community level,and provide higher quality medical and nursing services for the elderly.Firstly,this paper studies the definition,development,basic mode of medical-nursing combined institutional care,and the definition,function and standard of the community health service center,which provides the basis for the follow-up research.Then,combined with the data review and questionnaire survey,it analyzes the basic characteristics and needs of the elderly as the service object,and at the same time,it analyzes the basic characteristics and needs of many community health services in Changsha through field investigation,and find the characteristics and problems of the current community health service center.Finally,from the policy and architectural design level,it summarizes the development focus of the community health service center under the mode of medical-nursing combined institutional care,and put forward detailed architectural design strategies.In design strategy of the community health service center,this paper proposes that the community health service center should fully investigate the community elderly and other surrounding facilities in the early stage of t he design,seek the possibility of joint operation and integrated care based on the support radiation model,and reasonably set the elderly characteristic functions and organize the elderly streamline according to the combination model,to provide comforta ble space environment for the elderly,while considering the needs of long-term development,reserve room for transformation.
