Research On Landscape Protection&Reuse Design Of External Environment Of Industrial Heritage

In the process of preparing for this paper, through combing relevant theory on domesticand foreign industrial heritage protection and utilization and learn from successful experiencesand protected mode of the industrial heritage conservation and reuse in the representativeindustrial city, found the vast majority of the industrial heritage practice cases are focusingand thinking on perspective of the architecture, urban planning, heritage protection, but simplyon perspective of landscape design professional practice cases are rarely drawn. This thesisaims at studying on the landscape transformation design of external environment of industrialheritage from the perspective of landscape design, in order to achieve the purpose of the study,the author selected the old factory in Jiangsu Siyang silk spinning factory with a history of halfa century and also facing relocation the transformation for a conceptual design, exploringtransformation and re-use of the external environment&buildings of industrial heritage withideas of landscape design. After field research, and based on the analysis, while combiningactual situations of silk factory, and decided to transform and design the old factory of silkspinning factory to be a comprehensive landscape park which provides leisure and relaxationfor the public,and achieving the replacement on function of old factory in silk spinningfactory and lasts its unique value. Lastly，draw a conclusion about relevant design insights andprovide recommendations.
