| Industrial heritage has witnessed the development process of urban industrial civilization,is an indispensable part of the urban development process,and reflects the urban architectural style in a specific historical period.In the process of urbanization renewal,the functions of many industrial buildings gradually disappear,old factories are abandoned and idle,urban construction space is insufficient,and urban industrial memory is lost in an endless stream of problems.Under such circumstances,the renewal of industrial heritage is viewed from the perspective of activated reuse,and the continuity and epochal nature of industrial heritage renewal are expressed through contemporary construction techniques and techniques.Effectively enhance the vitality of the old factory building,improve the urban architectural style,while avoiding the constructive destruction of historical buildings.Reduce pollution from "man-made industrial wastes".Continue the historical context,inherit the city memory,make it a bridge between the past and the future.Therefore,through the method of literature,case analysis and online research,this paper analyzes and draws lessons from successful cases at home and abroad,proposes the principle of context continuity,the principle of authenticity,the principle of sustainable development and the principle of human nature,and summarizes the characteristics of the transformation mode and value connotation of activated industrial heritage in the protection and renewal.With industrial heritage as the research object and the reconstruction of the inner space of Building 28 of Nanjing Second Machine Tool Factory as the basis for practice,this paper focuses on the inheritance and continuation of urban context,cleverly preserves the elements with context symbolic significance in the industrial heritage buildings,and focuses on the connection mode between the old and new of industrial heritage,the harmony of the internal form of the renovated building and the integrity and harmony of the spatial narrative.From the perspective of active reuse,a high quality,diversified and sustainable industrial heritage activation development path is explored. |
