But now, with the development of increasingly prominent contradiction between energy. Building energy conservation is a key ring to alleviate the lack of China’s energy, reducing environmental pollution and realizing the strategic target of sustainable development. But the effective monitor and control can greatly reduce building energy consumption for construction equipment. Therefore, this paper from the angle of control engineering for construction equipment energy saving problems research.Provides a good platform for energy saving control of building equipment monitoring system for construction equipment. In this paper, the Ginza in Laiwu City Plaza project as the project background, conducts the research to the construction equipment monitoring system. Monitoring function primarily focus on the user interface and subsystem. This kind of project from the technical level, the project in the design and construction have a certain complexity, on the use of the user side also has certain requirements for technology.This paper focuses on the research of energy saving in building equipment control method, on the construction of electrical system, water supply and drainage system, HVAC system is analyzed, the energy saving control target system establishment construction equipment system. And then through the analysis of building equipment monitoring platform, to run the air conditioning unit control system as the research object, research an air-conditioning energy-saving operation method, put forward energy-saving strategy, based on the above theoretical research, taking the air conditioning system of Ginza in Laiwu City Plaza project as the object, the air conditioning equipment optimization control and conventional control research, analysis and comparison the operation energy consumption.
