Researches On Water-saving Energy-saving Index And Control Measures In The Process Of Green Construction

With the development of the global economy, the environmental pollution problem becomes more and more serious, the consumption of resource and environmental damage from the construction industry are very obvious. In the construction phase, the consumption of water and electricity resources is concentrated and huge, and the corresponding research is also less. In order to control the consumption of water and electricity effectively, the construction enterprises need to establish indicators standards of green construction water and electricity consumption.In this paper we analyzed the reason of the waste of water and electricity in detail, sort and summarized the data collected from the construction site, and then ascertain the compilation principle and steps method of the construction water and electricity consumption standard. Errors of water and electricity consumption appear in the process of collection, and the gross errors affect the data hidden rules largely and influence of numerical analysis and data sequence rule. Therefore,we adopted the method of t test to screen and eliminate the outliers between the collecting data, and then adopted the theory of grey system to fill the black in the current small sample data reasonably, built model based on the samples of pre-processed data, make the simulation used the MATLAB software for the model data, and then made a feasibility test to the model, checks and revises the model based on expert opinion, finally forms the standard of water and electricity consumption index adopted by Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation.The water consumption index between 1.0 t/㎡ to 1.2 t/㎡(the parameters reduced to 0.8 when we use the commercial concrete), the electricity consumption index between 55 kwh/ten thousand yuan to 65 kwh/ten thousand yuan. Finally summary the control measures of water and electricity at the present stage of construction process, improve it from the aspects of management, and give feasible suggestions for specific implementation.The research not only makes a solid foundation for the sustainable development of green construction, but also has a strong guiding significance in the actual construction process. For construction enterprises, implementing green construction not only promotes the development and progress of the construction technology, but also reduces the cost of the project from the perspective of economic benefits, and the saving can reach up to 1% of the project cost.
