| Nowadays energy saving and environmental protection is not only the demand of sustainable development, but also the direction of construction machinery and equipment. The rubber tyred gantry crane (RTG) mounted with supercapacitor could fully recycle the feedback energy when the cargo sling descends. And when it ascends with heavy load, the supercapacitor supplies a want. It satisfies the energy saving and environmental protection. So it takes on important engineering practice significance.In this dissertation, characteristic of RTG system mounted with supercapacitor was analyzed. Firstly, diesel engine, electromotor and supercapacitor were studied. Secondly, the energy transfer and loss when the system worked were analyzed and accounted. Then, the ways the system could save the energy were put forward. Finally, the simulation model was built based on MATLAB/SIMULINK with the way combined the mathematic method with the test, and simulated the two load conditions (full load and no load).By the simulation and analysis, compared with the traditional RTG, the oil consumption of the RTG equipped with supercapacitor distinctly moved down and it took great economy benefit. |
