With the electrical control system more and more intelligent,requirements of its reliability and safety are also getting higher and higher.As an important part of control system feedback link,voltage sensor is playing a more and more important role in the motor control system.Because the current voltage sensors have their own limitations,this article designs a new type of voltage sensor using the method of resistor divider.This article introduces the domestic and international current situation and development trend of the voltage sensor and filter technology.Then it researches and designs the voltage sensor system based on resistor divider,expounding the basic principle of voltage sensor system.At the same time,according to the design index of voltage sensor,this article constructs a signal acquisition circuit and achieves the entire circuit simulation using MULTISIM software,proving the correctness of the design.Describing the basic principle of digital filter,this article analyzes and compares the features of various filtering methods,selecting FIR(finite impulse response)filter.And it designs the FIR digital filter in the MATLAB environment,while its performance is analyzed.Also by MATLAB simulation,it achieves effective harmonic analysis of the data and puts forward corresponding solutions for the phase problem.Using DSP2812 developing board,this article achieves digital filter programming and forms a complete signal collection system.The good results of signal digital filtering experiment prove its feasibility.Finally,it analyzes the performance of the whole designed voltage sensor system.
