The design solves the technical problems of square around labeling lithium-ionbattery of cell phone, which ensures the integrity of the electrical core label all around.In addition, there are advantages of high precision, high labeling efficiency, simplestructure for the label.First the basic technology of labeling machine and all kinds of labels are analyzed.Then the type of marking label is selected.With scheme analysis method to chooselabeling machine, overall design of labeling machine is dicussed.Second,a kind of electrical core component in lithium-ion battery of phonewrapped by marking machine label is proposed, which include electrical core deviceunder pressure, conveying labels device, electrical core off device, removing electricalcore device, steering tag in the long end device and pushing half-finished electricalcore device.Finally, the overall design of labeling machine system for electrical core inlithium-ion battery of cell phone is analyzed, and the conclusion is that well-designedlabeling machine can meet the needs of the market of lithium-ion battery core labeling.Labeling accuracy is less than0.2mm, and the integrity of the text all around isensured.
