With the development of China's aerospace industry,there is a growing demand for electronics in space.Cable is an important component of aerospace electronics,because of its special working environment,so the demand for cable production is getting stricter.The cables are processed by special processes with the corresponding specifications of wires and connectors,because of the same specifications and similar appearance,the wires that make up the cable can easily be confused.The label of the wire can effectively reduce the failure rate of cable production and ensure the normal operation of the system.The manufacturing process is the first part of cable manufacturing,but the way is manual labeling before,it has low efficiency,high cost and low quality.Even though some of the existing labeling machines in the market may be able to label the wires,they still need to be manually assisted.So it has become an urgent problem to study and design the automated cable label printing and cable labeling all-in-one machine with a simple operation,compact structure,high precision,and meet the special needs of aerospace electronics products which has high engineering value and practical significance.Aiming at the development of the automated cable labeling all-in-one machine,this paper carries out the following research work:According to the performance indicators,the paper analyzes the design requirements of this subject,functional requirements and actual labeling process,decomposes the labeling actions,finally the overall design plan is determined.Further research is carried out on the three key techniques of the labeling machine:labeling mechanism,wire clamping and conveying mechanism and cable drive mechanism.Labeling mechanism:By analyzing the stripping force and the stripping work,the factors that influence the automatic stripping of the label are obtained;Compare multiple label delivery schemes,choose the final delivery plan and optimize it,finally use the key technology to achieve a accurate delivery;Compare and analyze the two ways of labeling,and determine the discount labeling scheme;Wire clamping and conveying mechanism and the cable drive mechanism are analyzed and designed,and the motion simulation is carried out.The key parts of the machine are modeled and the finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS Workbench to determine the rationality of the structure;The control system is studied and designed,and the whole machine is controlled by using pneumatic technology and PLC technology to meet the functional requirements of the machine;The whole machine isdebugged by the physical prototype to verify the feasibility of the overall scheme.This paper puts forward the overall design scheme of the automated cable labeling all-in-one machine,and carries on research and analysis of key technical methods,from theoretical calculation to structural analysis and control system design,the automatic and efficient cable labeling all-in-one machine is developed.the automatic cable labeling function finally.It meets a number of performance indicators and fills the gap in the current domestic market for the product.
