In recent years, the electric power system reform project of “Three IntensiveManagements and Five Grand Strategies” by China State Grid Corp proceedsprogressively. By the strong push of the need of the Nanchang city development,Nanchang Power Grid has to continuously expand the coverage scope. Manyproblems on the construction and management of220KV substation are especiallyrequired to be explored and analyzed. Through the present running situation ofNanchang power grid, this article studies the design and implementation of220kVunmanned substation comprehensive automatic system.This article firstly introduces present running situation of unmanned substationof Nanchang power grid firstly; then it analyzes the status of220kV substationcomprehensive automatic system of Nanchang area to consider the feasibility andnecessity; then it plans the design and implementation of the hardware and softwarefor the realization of220kV unmanned substation comprehensive automatic system;at the meantime, it analyzes the needs of auxiliary system; and finally it comes outwith the operation management mode of maintenance&operation team andmonitoring for220kV unmanned substation comprehensive automatic system, so asto meet the need of centralized monitoring for220kV unmanned substationcomprehensive automatic system.The practical operation proves that to realize the220kV unmanned substationcomprehensive automatic system for Nanchang power grid, the conditions are ripe,the benefits are remarkable and it is worth promoting.
