With the renewal of technology and the replacement of equipment,the original substation automation system can't meet the increased demands on integrated automation of substation.Decide in the basis of power network's development,integrated automation reconstruction of normal substation is inevitable trend of the development of substation.In this paper,the research of technical reform and practice of substation automation transformation in 220kV Xialei substation are discussed.The transformation is helpful to improve the operating condition of the secondary equipment of 220kV Xialei substation,reduce the equipment operation risk,improve the reliability of the automatic system.Firstly,the function and current situation of integrated substation automation are introduced simply,and the necessity of this project is discussed.Secondly,the operation of the automation system before the transformation of 220kV Xialei substation is introduced.The main contents and design principles of the transformation scheme are analyzed.The selection of various equipment is analyzed.The PS 6000+ monitoring system is used.It is determined by using Nanjing Guodian Automation Company,and the improvement of the possible logic problems in the process of the technical transformation of the blackout is put forward,and the order of the work is designed.And then put forward the technical measures of the organizational measures and security measures to achieve the safety of the project,the successful completion.Finally,according to the current progress has been completed,the paper show a 220kV Xialei substation integrated automation of the results of part of the picture.This paper focuses on the current substation integrated automation system needs and future development direction analysis,discussion,demonstration substation communication network terminal wiring selection,integrated automation equipment selection;through the transformation of the old station involved in the process of power outages involved in power dispatching,Civil construction,with anti-measures such as the implementation of the design work to achieve co-ordination arrangements for a reasonable power outage,to ensure the safety of the purpose of achieving a 220kV Xialei substation integrated automation of the smooth technological transformation,and for the future development of other substations accumulated experience.
