Because of heavy construction engineering project investment and time limit for a project long characteristics, many influencing factors, makes the existence of many uncertain factors, but also made it more risky. How to identify the different risk in multiple risk factors of influence and importance, isof great significance for the construction project.At present, many engineering company in our country do not pay enough attention for project risk management, and the corresponding risk management system is not fully established. In this paper, through the risk analysis and control of related research, the basic concept of risk management for carding and interpretation, it mainly includes the process of identifying risk, assessing risk, risk response and control risk these four aspects. For construction projects, to identify risks from all participants of the construction project for analysis, description and summary. For construction project has a project proposal, feasibility study, engineering design, construction bidding, construction installation, completion inspection and acceptance of related links. In this paper, which has carried on the preliminary discussion and research on we may face to all kinds of construction engineering project risk analysis.How can you identify different risks in the various risk factors of influence and important degree, makes sense for the construction project. In this paper, using The principal component analysis method on the architectural engineering project risk evaluation, to eliminate the overlap information between the various influence factors, constructs the construction engineering project risk factors evaluation model, for construction enterprise project risk assessment and response provides a more scientific basis. At the same time of risk assessment analysis, according to the features of construction project itself, the effective methods and measures of risk control.Finally, when making the final risk response we should consider several aspects: first, whether the project risk can avoid sexual or can be avoided, second,whether the project risks have a certain degree of metastatic, third,whether project risk treatment in the process can be controlled, whitch makes the risk levels down to an acceptable level and scope. The most important is project risk handling in the whole process, we should use dynamic development ideas to view and manage risk, continue to explore and study the factors that affect the follow-up work, handle the result feedback at the same time, allows us to adjust plan and to determine the new risk response plan and scheme.
