EPS particles and building plaster, cement, slag, cotton straw fiber compositeinsulation material can overcome the traditional polystyrene board insulationmaterials and overlay mortar affinity poor construction complex, higher overall costsshortcomings, but also from the protection of the ecological environment and energyconservation perspective, you can take advantage of industrial and agricultural waste, but also in line with the sustainable development concept. During the pilot phase, gypsum cementitious materials to improve the shortcomings of poor water resistance, the use of the experimental process slag, gypsum cement and other building materialsmodification, have been obtained from the experimental results show that, aftermodification of cement plaster composite block has ideal strength and softeningcoefficient. In this paper, cement, gypsum as the main cementing material to slag asaggregate, with cotton straw fiber, polystyrene particles composite materials forgypsum-based cementitious composites EPS insulation materials studied. Develope anew kind of gypsum composite block that meets regulatory requirements. The mainthesis is elaborated with the ratio of raw materials to major physical and mechanicalproperties of masonry, blends under different circumstances dosage experimentalstudy by gypsum, slag, cement, cotton straw fibers and polystyrene particles of impactof physical and mechanical properties of the composite gypsum block, in order to getthe best mix. Gypsum-based cement, cotton straw fiber, slag, promotion andapplication of composite block of polystyrene particles to provide a frame ofreference.Through experimental results show that the cotton stalks gypsum-based cement, slag, gypsum block to take advantage of complex industrial waste and agriculturalwaste-cotton stalks as industry, agriculture, non-load-bearing walls of the buildingmaterials, this new type of composite wall material has a certain strength, whilereducing agricultural and industrial waste pollution to the environment, to achieve there-use of resources, but its lightweight, thermal insulation properties pending furthertesting and research, in order to achieve a better future promotion and application toactual life and engineering purposes.
