In recent years,with the innovation of wall material constantly and the need of building energy conservation,the lightweight board appears a rapid developing situation in our country.A kind of building boards with the properties of lightweight,high strength and multifunctional is urgently needed.Base on this,the lightweight partition wall board which made of desulfurization gypsum particles of polystyrene researches is researched.It can pill up desulfurization gypsum and avoid secondary pollution,which promotes a further development of the desulfurization career.On the other hand,it can also keep in line with the requirement of the wall innovation policy and the sustainable development.The raw material of the lightweight partition wall board which made from desulfurization gypsum particles of polystyrene was being as a kind of the new materials of the wallboard and the new structure form of the wallboard,Whether or not can be applied in the engineering practice and mass production,must be study on the mechanics performance of the system.The experiment researched on the performance of the raw material of the lightweight partition wall board which made from desulfurization gypsum particles of polystyrene including compressive strength,bending strength,modulus of elasticity and shrinkage.And the performance of bending resistance,impact resistance and hanging force of wall were also researched on.The deflection,the cracking moment and failure pattern of the wall were analyzed.The carrying capacity of impact resistance and hanging force of the wall were calculated.The results indicated that the performance indexes of the wall board can meet the specification requirements.What's more,it can be promoted highly and applied in practice engineering,because the boards with the properties of weight lightly,construct fatly and install easily.The main contents are as follows:(1)The experiment researched on the performance of the raw material of the lightweight partition wall board which made from desulfurization gypsum particles of polystyrene.The relationships were analyzed and the formula was put forward that between the strength of compressive and bending,the stress-strain curve with the change of the curing period and the dosage of polystyrene granule.At the same time,the shrinkage was studied with the change of dosage of polystyrene granule,curing period,environment temperature and relative humidity.(2)The experiment researched on the performance of bending resistance of the lightweight partition wall board.The flexural properties of the wall board were analyzed.The formulas were put forward that can calculate the capacity of moment and the mid-span deflection.(3)The experiment researched on the performance of hanging resistance of the lightweight partition wall board.The process of cracks development was studied.The bearing capacity of hanging resistance was calculated and the formula was proposed that line with the test values.(4)The experiment researched on the performance of impact resistance of the lightweight partition wall board.The process of cracks development was studied.The bearing capacity of impact resistance was calculated and the formula was proposed that line with the test values.(5)The experiment researched on the performance of the lightweight partition wall board under uniformly distributed out-plane load.The relationship was studied between load and deflection curve of the wall board.The formula that calculates the mid-span deflection of the wall board was proposed.The resistances capacity of the wind and seismic of the board were analyzed.(6)The recommendations were made of the structural design,engineering applications and structural column arrange of the lightweight partition wall board made from desulfurization gypsum particles of polystyrene.
