With the social development and the continuous progress of science and technology, theautomobile has become an indispensable part of our life, almost every family will have abelongs to own cars, the automobile has become the means of each family tools in daily life.Therefore, it is particularly important for the detection of automobile engine. If the detectionof automobile engine is not in place, the car will bring great harm to yourself even otherssafety and property. So the car engine in the factory, the test must be carried out a full rangeof it, only to meet the factory requirements, the car can be applied to the market. The carengine hot test line has very important practical significance in the detection of automotiveengine.the automobile engine test production line as the research background, through theresearch and analysis of domestic situation, try to form a line of automobile engine heatengine hot test line function, process flow, thermal test line and control system workingprinciple. In order to find some problems existed in the automotive engine hot test. In the carengine hot test line, some of the equipment is backward, automation does not reach thedesignated position, eventually leading to the production efficiency is low, catches up with theace of nternational evelopment.
