With the continuous development and improvement of automobile assembly technologyand computer simulation technology,automobile manufacturing enterprises use simulationsoftware to realize more and more widely in automobile assembly process. The computersimulation technology as a kind of modeling method; it can fully reflect the working processand assembly feature of he automobile assembly line;it can detailed and vivid to describe eachsubsystem of the assembly system;it can handle body process data, assembly line productionfactor and other information to dynamic combination.so as to replace the abstract descriptionof the math method the pure, the assembly process "Repetition",for automobile assembly lineoperation management and planning and design is enough to mention the ideal means.This paper based on the mixed model automobile assembly line of the assemblyworkshop of the East China J plant as the research object, the simulation heuristic algorithmand computer system combination approach, through field investigation on hybrid vehicleassembly, draw out the production process of mixed production line process chart and A, B, Cthree models,data collection and filing of mixed production line; based on field investigationon hybrid automobile assembly line, using Flexsim simulation and modeling on the assemblyline of each object; the assembly line production data and related information ofcorresponding parameters on the simulation object simulation model. According to thesimulation result; analysis of assembly line balance, results of the J car factory assembly lineimbalance is more serious; search method by heuristic balance, balance optimization on theassembly line, the assembly process, the allocation of resources distribution reasonably; acomprehensive comparison of various performance indicators before and after the assemblyline balancing research showed that, after optimization, not only greatly enhance the J carfactory assembly line balancing degree, and Increasing the J car factory in all aspects ofbenefits: reduced the production cost, increase the reaction rate, the enterprise to the marketand improve production efficiency, increase the well-being of employees, improve thelogistics supply level, increase the controllability of the future assembly line balance problem; to make a long story short, the improvement of all aspects of the installation, wiringperformance has been greatly improved, but also to the J car factory has brought considerableeconomic benefits, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of J car factory.This research in the theory and practice of mixed species balance optimization ofautomobile assembly line has a larger role in promoting, related research and project for thelater work to do a solid foundation.
