| To meet the variable requirement of the market, assembly line is a manufacturing system that is widely used.The balance rate of assembly line has great effect on the productivity of the system.How to improve the efficiency of production line under current conditions becomes more and more important.It is an popular index for the company to make the assessment on a pipeline,and it is also affect the line capability. It is inevitable trend to apply the system simulation technology to resolve the balance problem in manufacture.In this paper,based on the manufacturing process analysis about the trunk assembly line, a new method based on simulation optimization for the problem combined the industrial engineering and the method of visualization simulation together is proposed.Thus the advantage of the method of visualization simulation in assembly line balance is represented.The paper treats the model of BSP assembly line in Handa Precision Technology Co.Ltd. as a object. Based on combining the characteristic of the real production line and improving the current situation of the enterprise, the paper has combined the industrial engineering and the method of visualization simulation together, and it solved the practical problem occurred on production line, having the practical significance.Firstly,this paper introduces it's study background and the trunk assembly line problems, and then the correlate data of assembly line was collected and settled by the simulation technology. Also the process chat of technology was ploted.For the model of BSP which is one of the most important products in the company, we found some problems on the assmebly line by analyzing the situation such as obvious neck station; Industrial Engineering and investigation of the simulation model was established by the software named Flexsim based on the abstract entity from the simutation of the model of BSP assembly line. The parameter setup was handled by the API function which was designed by C++. Run through the simulation model has been found that BSP assembly line type of extreme imbalance in the status quo.Secondly, after making serious reserches on actuality of the assembly line, it makes assembly unit standardization by using "5W1H" inquiry technologies,the following "ECRS" (Eliminate,Combine,Rearrange,simplily)principles that aims at counting the natural operating time.And then distributes the assembly unite to make cycle time consistent. During the improrement,we also made the cost down for some stations and increased the production capacity of line greatly.At last, the compare about the utilization,idle state and other important tactors was executed before and after balance.The assembly line balance fo BSP has a better improvement and productivity has enhanced obviously. It not only improves the balance rate and has the practical characteristic,but also brings economic benefit to the enterprises. |
