With the high-speed development of aeronautics and space industry, the airplane is more and more extensive in the production and daily life. For the complex equipments on plane exist safety potential and have a high possibility of faults, threating the flight safety. It becomes to be an important research area to solve the problems of how to detect and maintain the equipments on plane precisely and efficiently.The pneumatic instrument on plane with modeling uncertainties includes many different types, is complicated in structure. The traditional detection mode needs the frequent replacement of instrumentations, has the problems of low efficiency and low integration. Virtual instrument technology has been a hot topic in recent years. It has high integration and accurate detection, solving the problem in the traditional detection mode properly. Traditional control method based on object model usually can’t meet the requirement of closed loop control system in the detection. Intelligent control, which is based on knowledge and independent of accurate math model, brings an important way of improving control quality.This paper introduced the design and implementation of the virtual instrument detection system for fixed-wing aircraft aerodynamic instrument. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance of the design and implementation of the virtual instrument detection system for fixed-wing aircraft aerodynamic instrument, by analyzing the inspection technique and the systemic function, proposes an overall design scheme for the virtual instrument detection system. Secondly, through the model analysis of the aerodynamic devices, we know that because of its nonlinear, delay and complex dynamical property, the precise mathematic model of the aerodynamic detection system is difficult to build. The fuzzy control method which simulates the thinking mode of human brain, can deal with the inaccuracy and nonlinear information, with good ability to resist interference. The combination of fuzzy controller and PID controller has good control effect in the application of the pneumatic control system. This paper focuses on designing the fuzzy PID controller of the pneumatic control part. According to the actual demand, programming with the Lab VIEW software platform, completing the production of the signal conditioning box and the rest of the hardware, then realizing the virtual detection system with the testing equipments.Analyzing the site debugging result and the testing data, the designed controller with simple structure is easy to realize, it can get good control effects and anti-disturbance capability; the realized virtual instrument detection system for fixed-wing aircraft aerodynamic instrument satisfies the design requirement.
