Bogie frame is a key component of high-speed train, its structure is reasonable direct impact on the running quality of railway vehicles, dynamic performance and driving safety. With the speed improvement, line irregularity caused by vehicle vibration problem emerged. Years of using experience suggests that the quality of railway vehicles in our country has been greatly improved, but the reliability problems has not been effectively solved yet. After years of work accumulated, lots of success occurred in improving the reliability, but most of the work is for the failure of certain parts of the local improvement, lack of a comprehensive study of the reliability of the system engineering, there is a big gap with foreign, this requires us to concentrate on resolving how to improve the reliability of rail vehicles. Therefore, it’s necessary vigorously reliability engineering research to promote our country’s rail vehicle. This article first analyzes the present situation of the rail vehicle vibration modes in domestic and international, establish the finite element model of bogie frame; Then, use finite element analysis method to calculate the modal and frequency response ofhigh-speed train bogie frame; Finally, carried out the frequency of the reliability and frequency of reliability sensitivity analysis of the basic random variables in both normal distribution and any distribution of the bogie frame. Details are as follows:1. According to the three-dimensional solid model of the bogie frame, with the software (HYPERMESH)to divide the grids and establish the finite element model. According to the UIC615-4to confirm loads, it divides two working conditions, the supernormal load and the simulation operation load, calculate the load values.2. With the finite element software (MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN)to analysis the modal of the bogie frame, determine the architecture natural frequencies and mode shapes. Analysis the frequency response, draw the frequency response curves of all the key points then according to the graph summarizes the bogie frame vibration.3. The establishment of the performance function. With the software (iSIGHT)integrated MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN, get the value corresponds to the relationship between material parameters and natural frequency by calculating. Use of artificial neural network technology fitting out of the relationship between material parameters and natural frequency, further establish the function of the reliability analysis of the functionality required.4. Sensitivity analysis of the frequency and reliability of the bogie frame. According to the basic random variables distributed unknown, based on the finite element analysis, experimental design (iSIGHT), artificial neural network, first order second moment technology, probabilistic perturbation method, the fourth moment technique and the Edgeworth series, application of reliability theory and reliability sensitivity analysis carried out the frequency of the reliability and frequency of reliability sensitivity analysis of the basic random variables in both normal distribution and any distribution of the bogie frame.
