Because the construction of thermal power plant construction are electricity, the construction of the special nature of the work environment and system security easily lead to power construction accident-prone. From different levels of construction safety accident causation analysis, the evaluation of electric power construction safety management is very important to quantify, which enables us to understand the causes of construction safety accidents. Especially in special operations (such as welding) a long period of construction workers sound, heat, light, dust and other harsh conditions of work, the operator needs to consider the impact of psychological and physiological fluctuations on construction safety. Through the process of building a thermal power plant of some real investigation, combined with theoretical analysis and practical data analysis, to carry out the construction of the thermal power plant safety management assessment. The main contents and findings thesis are summarized as follows:(1) Safety Accident Causation Analysis:The first introduces the accident-prone tendencies theory, system security theory, the accidental release of energy theory, the theory of accident causation theory and track cross-linkage theory; focuses on the human factors of unsafe behavior, research the physical and mental state of a thermal power plant construction construction workers, and the impact of security incidents resulting in construction; to the thermal power plant accident cases occurring in this construction process, analyzes the direct cause of the accident and indirect the reason.(2) Safety Evaluation and Research Management:First introduced quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods of calculation and related theories; then use safety checklist method for the construction of fossil fuel power plant safety management conducted a qualitative assessment, re-use method-level analysis establishment of power Construction safety Management Assessment system; where Analytic Hierarchy methods affect the weight of index, a mathematical model combines comprehensive evaluation of safety management, safe management of the thermal power plant construction construction of quantitative evaluation results; finally according to quantitative evaluation of the obtained results, suggestions for improvement of power construction safety management and safety building.(3) Research results of this article is limited to the scope of the power construction safety management, calculation and evaluation of various methods are built around the electrical construction content, for other areas of construction only reference value, do not have guidance.
