The remote power control in unmanned machine room has a significant role in the industrial field. In recent years, the power control has broken the traditional concept of control.The intelligence, remote and network of the power control has become an important trend of the development of the current. Railway is the artery of national economy. Safety is the eternal theme of the railway. The railway "5T" unmanned surveillance equipment room is very important to ensure the safety of railway transportation. At present, the "5T" equipment maintenance mode is very backward, and need to send staff rushed to the scene to deal with. It is poor timeliness, and transportation safety is not guaranteed. This topic is based on the current development trend of railway reform, combining railway digital channel transformation, designing the "5T" railway power supply equipment control system in unmanned machine room based on μIP protocol stack.According to current situation of equipment maintenance in railway "5T" unmanned machine room,it was discussed, putting forward the innovative scheme of power remote control through network (hereinafter referred to as network power control system). Network power control system was analysed and designed. The system can be divided into main controller as the core of the hardware control and awareness layer to the client as the core of the application layer. The hardware control and awareness layer with demand as the platform was structured. Through main controller and the Ethernet module,it realized data network communication. Through temperature, humidity, infrared security module,it realized the monitoring of local parameters and environmental safety.Through relay module,it realized the control of the power equipment.The system software of hardware control and awareness layer, network transport layer and application layer was designed.Code was transformed through procenium and background system.It used RTOS of p,COS-II for for data acquisition, clock configuration, relay control, etc.The real-time performance of the system remote control was improved.It used simplified μIP protocol stack to design network transport layer, simplifing the code, improving the data transmission speed, improving the transmission performance. Compared with the commonly used C/C++language, C#.NET is determined to use to realized application layer software development. Inteface function was powerful.Mading C#components transfer to network services, it can be quickly for network development. The design of the login interface, change the user interface, add user interface and main control interface was completed. It realized network communication with the main controller through the Socket, and realized the function of the control of the relay and the reading environmental parameters. The Socket communication used a separate thread, easing the burden on the main thread, improving the quality of the communication.The whole running tests of network power control system was made. The network transmission speed, data packets etc. were analyzed too. Through test and application, each hardware module can work normally, which accorded with the design requirements. At last, this paper made a conclusion,and proposed research prospects for the improving of the system.
