A Research On Highway Emergency Response Management Of Henan Province

With rapid growth of the highway mileage, the number of emergency incidents occurring on the highway increase sharply, which have caused significant casualties, property damage, and severe social impact. To build a highway emergency management system and scientifically formulate contingency plans for processing emergency events, which can be able to respond quickly and efficiently to the emergency events, minimize the range of implications of emergencies. This issue has become great important problem of highway management institutions.This paper outlines the concept and basic characters of expressway emergency events, probes into the main event of Expressway induced reasons, that emergency management of sudden accidents is a system, including the main team and security, management system of engineering measures building. Freeway incident causes by the safety consciousness of natural conditions and human impact in many aspects.
