The development of the Marine science puts forward new requirements to theocean current sensor, the importance of sensor to measure tiny upwelling flow becomesmore and more prominent. In order to solve the difficult problem that loading microforce of μΝ in the calibration, based on the National Natural Science Foundation “Studyon3-D instantaneous current sensor of measurable upwelling”,this paper researched onthe micro force loading device used in the calibration system of3-D ocean currentsensors.Firstly, this paper introduced the3-D ocean current sensors for calibration and itscalibration system simply, designed the micro force loading device of calibrationsystem, designed a kind of micro force loading device with equal thickness andsymmetric counterweight and differential structure, using flexure hinges to transmitforces and displacements, using two-level lever principle to reduce the existing standardforce. Then designed the whole assembly drawing and chose flexible hinges, materialsand processing methods. Through theoretical analysis of the simplified model,calculated the theoretical force narrow multiples by MATLAB. Analyzed staticcharacteristics of the micro force loading device by ANSYS, analyzed two ways tooutput micro forces. Analyzed dynamics characteristics of the device, including naturalfrequency and vibration mode, and put forward measures to improve the naturalfrequency. Finally, the paper conducted two orthogonal tests based on ANSYS. Thefirst orthogonal test determined the influence degree of various factors on the workingdevice’s energy loss; the second orthogonal test selected an optimal combination ofparameters considering supporting hinges and connecting hinges respectively,considering the static and dynamic characteristics of the device synthetically.Re-analysis results of the optimized micro force loading device showed that the finalmicro force loading device not only can provide micro force of μΝ, but also has a largemeasuring range, meeting the requirements of3-D ocean current sensors’ calibrations.
