With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the safety performance of automobiles has become a concern in daily life.Regular inspection of vehicle safety performance has become an important means of ensuring traffic safety,and the braking performance of automobiles is a sign of car safety performance.The performance of the automobile brake performance test bench is directly related to the evaluation of the brake performance of the car.In recent years,the update of the national standard for motor vehicle inspection requires continuous improvement of equipment performance,but some motor vehicle inspection organizations face expensive new equipment.The old equipment that was eliminated and the old equipment that was eliminated on the other hand also caused waste of resources.Therefore,it is urgent to update and renovate the old-fashioned drum reaction brake inspection table.This thesis has completed the following contents in response to the above questions:1.The structure of the traditional brake test rig was studied,its working principle was analyzed,the test items and technical requirements of the brake test rig were clarified according to the latest national standards,and the deficiencies of the traditional brake test rig were analyzed.On this basis,the overall transformation plan of the brake inspection station was formulated,so that the modified brake inspection station completed all the inspection items required by the latest national standards and met the corresponding technical requirements.2.According to the latest national standards for braking performance testing items and technical requirements under full load conditions,the airbag lifting and hydraulic lifting methods are analyzed and compared,the hydraulic direct lifting mode is determined,and the loading and lifting scheme design is completed.Then,according to the design scheme,the hydraulic cylinder selection,motor selection and hydraulic system design were completed.Finally,the installation and construction scheme of the inspection platform loading system was designed.3.The inspection process of the brake inspection station was determined,and the measurement and control system scheme of the brake inspection station was determined.Then the sensor selection,conditioning circuit design and software development were completed according to the scheme,and the anti-jamming measures of software and hardware were studied.Finally,the modified brake test bench was field tested.The test results show that the modified brake test bench meets the design requirements.The calibration method of the brake test bench was studied.The dynamic brake forcecalibration device was designed and developed.Then the static and dynamic braking force experiments were carried out.The results show that the dynamic braking force calibration experiment process has many influencing factors,resulting in more repeatability.difference.Finally,a slip rate calibration device system was developed.The slip rate of the drum brake table was measured experimentally,and the uncertainty of the measurement was calculated.The drum counter-force loading brake inspection table after the transformation and upgrading meets the requirements of relevant national standards,and provides a reference case for the modification and calibration of the vehicle brake system testing equipment.The thesis has 77 pictures,17 tables and 82 references.
