Truck Scale Instrument Design Based On Mobile Networks

With the development of weighing technology, the reliability, validity and user experience of weighing gets more and more attention, especially the remote monitoring of the weighing system.Currently truck scale instrument development level is low, complex structure complicated operation. In order to meet the needs of current market, it is particularly important to design a truck scale instrument which is easy use to operate and has friendly interface. This paper designs a truck scale instrument based on mobile networks, and the instrument has many utility modern functions such as:support remote feedback and display Chinese.The system uses STMicroelectronics’microcontroller STM32F103ZET6. And the system processes an accurate weight value by communicating with multi-sensor, by485bus interface and internal algorithm. Different from traditional digital display, the system uses the seven-inch color LCD display, supports Chinese-English as far as picture display, making the man-machine interface friendlier. Embedded GSM communication module, which supports SMS and GPRS communication network, makes the remote feedback more flexible. The system also supports an external printer, an external big screen, automatically data saved and other functions.In software design, following the module thought, the author achieve all functional requirements by using C programming language and Keil uVision4programming software build programming environment. In order to strengthen the anti-interference ability to work in complex work environment, watchdog and program traps are used.After debugging verification, the designed weighing scale instrument has high weighing accuracy and rich features. It has a good prospect of promotion and application for its valuable exploration in truck scale internet.
