Frame Concrete Model (FCM):the theory points out the real effect of coarse aggregates. After stirring and vibrating, the coarse aggregates could fill close packing as concrete frame according to equivalent coordination numbers, then with a certain sand-cement ratio the mortar can fill coarse aggregates interspace, thus the coarse aggregates were stablely bonding, finally forming a concrete structure model of certain strength. Our previous studies showed considerable strength in the concrete structure of the premise, since the amount of cement and other cementitious materials to reach a relatively small amount of ordinary concrete, from an economic point of view, it is very economical and reasonable. This paper is based on previous studies, continues to improve and validate the theoretical framework. In this paper, the theoreticall based on the theory of Frame Concrete Model, is an important theoretical study of lightweight aggregate concrete structure,the specific studies include the following aspects:(1) The polystyrene particles is the research object. The influence of different dosage of the polystyrene on the strength and workability of concrete were studied. Components of polystyrene particles concrete include gelling material (cement and fly ash), polystyrene particles, water absorption, polypropylene fiber, and powder. For different strength grade (LC5,LC7.5, LC10) polystyrene particles concrete related parameters were fitted, then push the related mix ratio parameters of polystyrene particle frame concrete. Three related parameters of frame concrete are water consumption in unit sand-to-cement ratio and mortar ratio. Pushing three related parameter of polystyrene particle frame concrete refers to the related concepts of rubble frame concrete.(2)From the relevant parameter of framework polystyrene particles, deduced the framework of polystyrene concrete mix design process and ideas.Mechanical properties of different ages of traditional concrete and polystyrene particle frame concrete were coMPared. The economic value of polystyrene particles framework concrete was analyzed from the amount of cementing material and the dosage of the polystyrene particles.(3) The ceramsite is the research object. The different strength grade (LC5, LC7.5, LC10, LC15, LC20) of ceramsite concrete were made. The mixture ratio design process and ideas of ceramsite framework concrete were deduced.The water consumption in unit sand-to-cement ratio and mortar ratio is three related parameters of the frame concrete. CoMParing mechanical properties and structure differences of tradtional ceramsite concrete with ceramsite frame concrete.(4) Considering the influence of mineral admixtures on the frame concrete,studied on mechanical characteristics of different age of the concrete which has20%dosage of fly ash. CoMPared to the difference of traditional concrete and frame concrete which are both having20%fly ash. Prove the applicability and economical efficiency of architecture theory.
