| With the rapid progress of urbanization in china, car ownership in various cities is growing rapidly. At the end of2012, including four counties and one city, vehicle fleet of Hefei is more than980,000. It makes the urban congestion very urgent. In order to alleviate this pressure, the State Council instructed to develop public transport, and promote public green travel. In2009, Hefei proposed intelligent transportation project in order to improve the travel condition and public service for the livelihood of the common people.This article analyzes Hefei Bus Group’s management scheduling situation and prominent problems, and discusses the ideas and methods of establishing an intelligent scheduling management information system of urban public transport enterprises. Base on the detailed analysis of Hefei bus scheduling needs, we developed a suit of Hefei intelligent transportation scheduling system by using.NET application development platform. This system makes the scheduling management of urban public transport enterprises normative, intensive and intelligent, bringing the operation and scheduling of bus closer to the goal of balanced starting and isometric operation.This project is a composite management platform with combination of management and control. Considering the difference of the management and control scene, and the management of many stakeholders, we must simplify the deployment and use, so we choose current B/S (Browser/Server) architecture; However, considering the control functions has high requirements in terms of real-time and professional, we choose C/S (Client/Browser) architecture. This means "intelligent scheduling system" will use B/S and C/S mixed mode.Considering the characteristics of the project, we choose Microsoft.Net as development platform, Microsoft Visual Studio2010and.Netframework4.0as development tools, asp.net for foreground, C#for background. |
