In the process of the development of the power supply technology, the electric power as an energy source, a commodity, and people’s life is closely linked. The electric power marketing, as one part of the power supply enterprise production process, an increasingly important role in it, become the power supply enterprises to reduce costs, increase profits of the important means and way. Therefore, great changes have taken place in the marketing, now from extensive management to fine management mode transformation. In actual production, due to the change management model, and the accuracy of customer information to the technical indexes higher requirements are put forward. In the power supply enterprise marketing survey found in the area of intersections existing customer subordinate courts do not tally with the marketing information system, but also because of power lines or buried, and so on and so forth can’t identify. Aiming at this problem, we design a new type of area identification system, the way work positioning rapid, stable and reliable line is high, easy to install and maintain.For satisfying the local survey of low voltage area multi-function equipment for low voltage area identified is developed and manufactured based on power frequency load transmission and quasi-synchronization sampling technology. High-speed A/D sampling and DSP process technology are used in association with embedded system. The measurement, sampling, storage and transmission of data information is realized, which consists of the customer archive attribution of low voltage area, network topology, customer electricity phase and sequence, the load balance degree of three-phase, distortion coefficient and harmonic analysis of power grid voltage.
