The emergence of high-speed rail has changed people’s travel modes,reduced the space-time distance between cities,enhanced the communication and contact between regions,and promoted the development of high-speed rail areas,cities and even urban agglomerations.The core leading role of high-speed rail has become increasingly prominent.The value of high-speed rail hub area includes the value of traffic node and place,which is one of the symbols of city gateway.The development of high-speed rail hub area affects the image and value of city.This paper takes the central high-speed railway hub area as the research object,integrates relevant research theories and big data analysis tools,and constructs an evaluation system for the planning and development of the central high-speed railway hub area from three levels: city,district and station in a quantitative and qualitative way.Then,based on the perspective of the integration development of stations and cities,combined with the evaluation system,it analyzes and studies the empirical objects,and then puts forward targeted and practical development strategies and improvement suggestions,providing reference for the subsequent planning of this type of high-speed railway area.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is one or two chapters,which introduces the development of China’s high-speed rail,describes the research objectives,objects and innovations of the paper,and constructs the research framework of the paper.Combing the related theories,and analyzing the hot spots and trends of domestic related research through Citespace knowledge map,this paper makes an in-depth interpretation of the related research of high-speed rail hub areas at home and abroad,and explores the cases of excellent high-speed rail hub areas at home and abroad,providing reference for the subsequent evaluation system construction.The second part is the third chapter,which selects 12 cases of central high-speed railway hub area,collects relevant information and data,and uses spatial syntax and Arc Gis as research tools to analyze the relationship between them from a scientific and quantitative point of view,and discusses the collaborative development relationship between road traffic and land use in high-speed railway area,and analyzes and evaluates sample cases,providing reference for the selection of influencing factors and the construction of evaluation system.The third part is the fourth chapter,which combines factor analysis with AHP to mix objective and subjective evaluation.Eighteen evaluation indexes are selected from five dimensions: urban development factors,district road traffic,district land use,district space evaluation and high-speed rail station elements,and the evaluation system of central high-speed rail hub district planning and development is constructed.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,taking Hefei South Railway Station as an empirical research object,combining with the background,current situation and planning of Hefei South Railway Station,and analyzing and evaluating it,this paper puts forward specific suggestions from key remediation,steady improvement and continuous optimization.And summarize and put forward the planning and development strategy of the central high-speed railway hub area.
