Environmental crisis and the threat of resource exhaustion lead nowadays industry revolution for Green and Low Carbon. In the situation innovation ability in product design field determins priority in competetion.And Green design is the core competence.However long and costly design cycles, heavy workload and vague and woolly goals continue to plague development efforts.It is necessary to promote a more developed method.This paper introduced probabilistic engineering mapping method into the conceptual design phase and put forward a new mapping method from environmental performance to product structure combining triangular fuzzy number.This method could be used to choose the best product structure. To advoid excessive structures evolving at one time, tructures evolving was divided into two parts:tructures evolving and connecting unit’s optimization. For the tructures evolving part, four computation method baesd on chemical equation was applied and by the change of space point coordinates it realised the overlapping and fusion between structures.Then through genetic algorithm parts evolution was achieved. For the connecting unit’s optimization part, a new optimization method was presented by analysing the relation of energy consumption and environmental impacts of eight kinds of common connection unit. At last Life Cycle Assessment was used to validate the effectiveness of tructures evolving.In the end of this paper an engine gear chamber example was given.
