In the commodity economy, most goods circulate in the market with theform of quantitative packaged. This quantitative packaged goods makes thegoods transaction and transportation much simpler and convenient, and demandis continuously increasing. It has been unable to meet the needs of peoplethrough the traditional method of human packing. Automatic packaging machinearises at the historic moment, its packaging speed, accuracy, cost is much betterthan the human packaging. Automatic packaging machine’s working environmentis complex. There are all kinds of noise which seriously affects the precision andstability of the packaging machine. So the denoising of automatic packagingmachine weighing signal becomes especially important.Firstly the paper introduces the mechanical structure of the automaticpackaging machine and packaging process, and then introduces the hardwaredesign and software design of the automatic packing machine control system.The hardware design is mainly control instrument hardware circuit design.Control instrument hardware circuit mainly includes: the ARM minimum system,A/D conversion circuit and the peripheral interface circuit.Control instrument isused to control the mechanical equipment of the packaging machine to completethe whole packaging process, It analyze the weighing signals of weighing sensor.By controlling the on-off of the peripheral relay and solenoid valve, it controlsthe work of the mechanical equipment. Software design mainly includes threeparts: the construction of the system platform, the underlying character devicedevelopment, the design of human-computer interaction interface.Articledetailedly introduces the principle and method of the wavelet threshold denoising,and through the Matlab software simulating the denoising of weighing signalprocess. Selecting different wavelet functions, decomposition layers threshold and threshold function to do experiments. By analysing and comparing thedenoising effects to find a set of suitable parameters which is used in processingthe weighing signal wavelet threshold denoising of automatic packaging. Apply itto the hardware platform realizing the weighing signal denoising of automaticpackaging machine by using the theory of wavelet transform.The paper designed an automatic packaging machine control system, whichis used to control the automatic packaging machine to complete the quantitativepackaging of goods. Through the wavelet threshold denoising method to dealwith the noise of the packaging machine weighing signal, improving the accuracyand stability of the automatic packing machine.
