Technical And Economic Research On The Energy Efficiency Transformation Project Of The Existing Residential Buildings In Northern

Under the circumstance of the global energy crisis, it increases the enthusiasm of theenergy-saving emission reduction. As a higher energy-consumption of existing buildings, theenergy-saving reform is a very urgent task. China has increasing attention to the energy-savingtransformation of the existing buildings project. China has enacted a series of policies andregulations on the energy efficiency transformation of the existing buildings since in1986. Allparts of the country start to do the energy efficiency transformation of the existing buildings.However, many projects are failed. The paper focuses on how to ensure the success of theproject. The goal of this paper is to study the technical and economic research on thetransformation plans which are used for the energy efficiency transformation project of theexisting residential buildings in northern parts in China before the project begins. Byevaluating the plans, the performers can predict the effect of the plans before transformation. Itguarantees the success of applying the project and reduces the waste of resource to someextent.In this paper, it establishes a primary index system of technical and economic evaluationby reviewing the literatures and collecting the data of energy-saving reform project. The indexsystem includes technical index, economic index and social index. According to thequestionnaire which the experts finished, this paper confirms the index system by thecommunalities of factor analysis at last. Then, the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process toconfirm the weight and uses the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to construct the evaluationmodel. Finally, by evaluating two projects which include the successful project and theunsuccessful project. During the evaluation, the data comes from this two projects beforetransformation. Thus it can be seen that the evaluation model of the technical and economicresearch on the energy efficiency transformation project of the existing residential buildings innorthern can be feasible and use to examine the plan.The paper establishes the index system of the technical and economic research on theenergy efficiency transformation project of the existing residential buildings in northern partsbefore transformation. This index system can fully present the characteristic of northern area,the project detection before transformation and transformation plan. It provides more systematic methods to select the transformation plan, and also offers more service to theenergy efficiency transformation project of the existing residential buildings in northern parts.It has a profound significance to energy saving and environment protecting.
